Classes, videos, written resources, CenterFlow materials, and other movement content are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

Participation Information

When registering for a class or session, you may be asked to provide information about your movement experience, current limitations, pain, injury, or movements you prefer to avoid.

This information is used only to help support an appropriate class experience.

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and relevant to your participation.

Bookings

Bookings are made for the specific class, session, date, and time selected.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other contact information necessary to receive booking confirmations and class access information.

Online session links and access information are intended for registered participants and should not be shared with others unless permission has been provided.

Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be accepted through services such as Venmo or other payment providers made available through the website.
